Healthy Popsicles

In the morning before work I love having a healthy smoothie. But lots of times I would rather sleep in to the last minute then wake up a few minuets early to make a smoothie. So what I did was made a smoothie and put it into a popsicle mould and froze it so I could have a smoothie on the days that I am running a little bit more behind then normal. The nice thing about these is you can pack lots of really healthy stuff in them and they still taste great! These ones have strawberries, peaches, spinach, banana, yogurt, water, juice, chia seeds, and hemp hearts.
